For the construction of this villa, it was decided to enhance its exterior design by creating part of the façade and the fireplace with quartzite SILVER GRAY 30x60cm with a natural split surface.
The same stone has been used inside to enhance some areas of the living area; so it has been given a unique, distinctive and of great scenic impact to the fireplace placed centrally to the open space of the living area whose walls rise up to the upper floor of the house.The minimal interiors with white walls and flooring have made it possible to play a major role in the fireplace, which with its large quartzite silver gray walls and its modern design has given the room a modern, decisive and avant-garde style.
Likewise, the stairs were made with IRON SILVER quartzite in a glossy finish. The dark gray color with black veins of the staircase has been cleverly combined with a tempered glass handrail for an overall effect of minimal rock design.
